About me
Inese is a Health Foundation Leadership Fellow and Patient Access Manager at New Cross Hospital.
Inese gained a Diploma with distinction in Business Management in 1999, went on to acquire an Undergraduate Certificate in Health Service Management, and was studying for MSc in Leadership for Health Services Improvement.
At the time of her fellowship, Inese had been in her post since November 2008, having previously worked as Patient Access Manager at New Cross Hospital, Wolverhampton. As a group manager Inese was a key member of the trust’s management team and is accountable for operational and financial management of seven clinical specialties (ophthalmology, dermatology, pain management, rheumatology, diabetes, endocrine and HIV/GU medicine).
Inese is committed to improving responsiveness of health care delivery to patients’ needs and is currently focusing on the development of community clinics in a number of specialties.
