About me
Claire is a Health Services Researcher at Nuffield Department of Primary Care Health Services, University of Oxford.
She has a particular interest in health psychology, social support and self-management strategies of people living with Type 1 diabetes.
Her PhD fellowship was in Improvement Science at the National Institute for Health Research (NIHR) Collaboration for Leadership in Applied Health Research and Care (CLAHRC) in Wessex, funded through The Health Foundation. She focussed on the factors which enable someone with Type 1 diabetes to incorporate an insulin pump into their everyday lives.
