Skeena is supporting the policy team on a variety of projects, with a particular interest in workforce issues.
She previously volunteered in a young people's mental health support group, as well as being an ambassador for an LGBT+ young people's charity.
She has an MA in Social Policy from the University of York and a BA in Anthropology and Sociology from Durham University.
