Joe joined the Health Foundation in June 2019.
Joe is passionate about using quality evidence to help drive change and has over seventeen years’ research experience across the Not-for-Profit and Public sectors. This includes research roles at the Electoral Commission and NatCen Social Research. His last position was a Research and Evaluation Specialist at Paul Hamlyn Foundation.
Joe is a member of the SRA.
