Rachel Tesfaye Programme Manager
Rachel joined the Health Foundation in July 2019 as Programme Manager.
Rachel works within the Data Analytics directorate, which focuses on using novel approaches to gain insights into quality of care in the NHS and outcomes for patients. She predominantly works on the Networked Data Lab programme – a collaborative network of analytical teams across the UK who will work together using linked datasets on key issues facing health and care services today.
Prior to joining the Health Foundation, Rachel worked as a Programme Manager at the International Consortium for Health Outcome Measures (ICHOM), designing and implementing large-scale multi-center observational research programmes focused on improving breast cancer, lung cancer and coronary artery disease patient outcomes.
Rachel studied Pharmacology at the University of Strathclyde in Glasgow, and is a certified PMP (project management professional) from Project Management Institute.
