
Josh joined the Health Foundation in March 2019 as a Senior Fellow in the Data Analytics team.
Prior to joining the Health Foundation, Josh was working in Ipsos MORI's Social Research Institute - where he was a Director leading evaluations of policies, programmes and service changes across health and social care. In this capacity Josh led many evaluation and research projects, including for the Department of Health and Social Care, the Nursing and Midwifery Council, the Department for Education, and latterly led the independent evaluation of Babylon GP at hand for Hammersmith and Fulham CCG.
Josh was also the Innovation Lead at Ipsos MORI - ensuring the latest research innovations, for example social media analysis, were brought to bear on work across the business.
