Polly is chief executive of Demos, a think tank that brings citizen voice and lived experience into public policy discussions. She is the convenor of Renew Normal, the People's Commission on Life After Covid - a national conversation on how Britain should change in the light of the pandemic. She was the founding chief executive of the Money and Mental Health Policy Institute. From 2010-2015 she was Director of Policy to the Deputy Prime Minister.
