COVID-19 impact inquiry team The inquiry was led by an in-house secretariat at the Health Foundation, with guidance from an expert advisory panel.

The COVID-19 impact inquiry was carried out by an in-house secretariat at the Health Foundation, guided and informed by an expert advisory panel, who brought a diverse range of knowledge and experience across the areas of inequalities, economics and the wider determinants of health.

The advisory panel offered independent scrutiny of the findings and reached into wider networks of insight and influence.

Dame Clare Moriarty provided strategic advice and independent leadership of the programme of work, and chaired the advisory panel.
