Alex is currently working in the Healthy Lives team on how local government can be best supported in a whole council approach to health, and on the links between system-wide approaches to climate change and health.
Alex is a medically trained doctor, currently on the Public Health training programme, and has previously worked at Lewisham Local Authority, Public Health England and NICE.
Alex has completed his medical training at Oxford University and has both an MSc in Epidemiology and an MPH in Public Health from the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine and is a member of the Faculty of Public Health.
