Health Foundation Leadership Fellowship
This fellowship programme ran from 2004-2010, and aimed to develop individuals with the potential to become the future leaders of high quality health care

Our aim was to provide fellows with a highly individualised programme of personal and professional development, designed to empower them to make an outstanding contribution to improving the quality of patient care.
We offered up to 16 places each year.
The programme was run by Fiona Reed and Tim Sims, two experienced leadership development consultants. Fellows were provided with one-to-one coaching, action learning sets, seminars, workshops and a development allowance.
Participants found that the multi-disciplinary nature of the scheme stimulated their learning and facilitated invaluable networking opportunities.
