About me
Rebecca is a Health Foundation Leadership Fellow and General Manager at Colchester Hospital University NHS Foundation Trust.
Rebecca received her Nursing Education Certificate in 1992 and a Higher National Diploma in Nurse Practice in 1998.
In 2003, she achieved a BSc (Hons) in Nursing Studies from the RCN Institute and in May 2005 an Advanced Diploma in Health and Safety. Rebecca had a broad range of nursing experience but has specialised particularly in cardiac nursing.
She had been in her post since 2003 where her responsibilities included managing and developing nursing and operational services to deliver high quality, safe and cost effective care.
