About me
Michael is a Lecturer at Coventry University.
Since leaving university in 2008, Michael has developed an interest in health-based research, working across a number of domains including alcohol, public health, primary care, child health care and health communication research, before joining the University of Birmingham as a PhD student. He now works at Coventry University as post-doctoral researcher and lecturer.
Funded by the Health Foundation, Michael’s PhD aimed to explore the clinical role of the GP receptionist and was titled, 'The use of process involvement methodologies to equip receptionists for their clinical roles in General Practice'.
