As a Policy Officer, Luisa focuses on health system approaches to addressing patients’ social needs. She is also involved in assessing the NHS performance and understanding public views of health and care.
Before she joined the Health Foundation, Luisa was a Consultant at the WHO European Office for Investment for Health and Development, where she focused on the social determinants of health and identified policies to reduce health inequalities.
Luisa has an MSc in Development from the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart.
