Estera joined the Health Foundation in October 2023 as a data analyst, working across the policy team on projects with a quantitative element.

Before joining the Health Foundation, Estera was a research analyst at RAND Europe, focusing on a mix of qualitative and quantitative projects relevant to health and social care policy. 

Estera obtained a PhD from Imperial College London, which explored the impact of patient flow patterns within and between hospitals on health outcomes. She also holds a BSc in Pharmacology from King’s College London and a Masters in Public Health from Imperial College London.
